User Data Deletion Instructions

Users may request deletion of personal data or TikTok API-connected data processed by GOOJODOQ API Center.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your data, please contact:

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Information to Include

1. Your name and email address.
2. Your TikTok username, advertising account ID or authorized account identifier, if applicable.
3. A short description of the data you want deleted.

Processing Time

All valid deletion requests are processed within 30 days after verification. We may request additional verification to confirm that you are the authorized user or account owner.

What May Be Deleted

Account connection records, authorization tokens, optional profile data, API-derived operational data, support records and technical logs that are no longer required.

What May Be Retained

Limited records may be retained where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance or platform audit obligations.
